As soon as you enter the property you feel like you are home.
Downstairs is beautifully presented with open plan living offering a comfortable couch, wall mounted TV, split system heater/air conditioner and access to your private outdoor area with the added bonus of an undercover deck with couches. The kitchen is my favourite feature of the property with an abundance of cupboards, high quality appliances, island bench with bar stools plus a built in desk and chairs. There is also a laundry with a washing machine/dryer combo & toilet.
Upstairs comprises of two bedrooms, the master with built in robes, king size bed, split system heater/air conditioner & access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and built in robes. The central tiled bathroom is modern & clean with separate shower and bath, plus a powder room.
There is ample free street parking. The property is set back off the street so you really feel like you have escaped the hustle and bustle but with a supermarket about 200 metres away and a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes only a short distance away it is a hard one to beat.
You can access all of the property except for a locked cupboard which is set aside for the cleaners use.
Although we won't be available in person we are available to assist at anytime throughout your stay via the booking platform.
Newtown is one of the most prestigious suburbs in Geelong. With wide tree lined street's and only about 2 km's to Geelong CBD and the waterfront it is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
This property is the owners home and it will be listed for guests from time to time.
As an extra security measure for the property we do require the below information to be sent through prior to finalising your booking:
- The reason for your visit
- The names and ages of all of the guests
- The photo ID of the main booking holder
The reason we ask for the above information is unfortunately due to some recent poor experiences with guests, please note if this information is not provided we will be unable to proceed with your booking and the access will not be granted on the day of check in.
This is a very quiet block so no visitors or loud noise.
There is no smoking allowed in the townhouse, if you do smoke you will be charged an extra $500 towards cleaning.
Please note: We don't allow check ins or check outs on public holidays due to cleaners availability, if you try and choose this option it will say host unavailable on the calendar.
