On the first floor, in addition to the large hall, the living room, the dining room and the kitchen, you will also find a separate sitting area with bar table, a room with a billiard table and even a corner that can serve as a study. In addition, there is a large garden with an unfenced pond and on the terrace you can enjoy the sun. On the cosy covered terrace you can look for shade.
