"I recently stayed at Hyatt House Gebze again and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern decor of both the lobby and my room. They had upgraded my room which was even more spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary water and toiletries. I also had a fantastic view from my window, which made my mornings even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s breakfast. The variety of fresh and delicious as always. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their professionalism and kindness truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Hyatt House Gebze to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I will definitely be returning again and again in the future!"

"Very basic hotel, cheap design with low quality of construction and furnishings. Location is convenient to Marmaray and staff is friendly. Breakfast was bare minimum to be considered an included breakfast. "

"There was only ever about 4-5 people staying, the hotel staff were either pretending not to speak English, or they couldn't. We had to bring a friend who spoke Turkish with us to get help. The food was old/stale. We were so uncomfortable there that we had to leave early, and they refused to change our reservation even though Expedia approved it. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel."
