Private Executive Home with Pool, Pickleball Court, and Sauna.

This Northwest style home has been completely remodeled with beautiful details. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with Kings, 1 bedroom with 2 queens. All the beds are new. The 4th bedroom has three twins. The library has a day bed that sleeps one. There are 3 full baths including a stunning master bath. The gourmet kitchen has all you need for cooking. Laundry has new washer and dryer. The home has a open floor plan with the great room open to the kitchen. The view looks onto the swimming pool. Looking west from the pool you can see the firepit and new regulation size Pickleball Court. There is a new gas grill outside on the deck. The Great room has a large wood burning fireplace and a 60" flat screen TV. The Pool is heated in the summer season (June 1-September 5) For an additional fee it can be heated some other times of the year depending on outdoor temperatures. You can check with the owner to see what the cost is to heat the pool during the off season. The outdoor Sauna is open year round.

Great Stay on the Coast
We had a great stay on the coast. The house was very much as-advertised. Very clean and well stocked. The location is great - very quiet but close to Seaside for groceries/etc and a short drive to Astoria. The pool and sauna were a big hit too

Great spot!
Very nice property close to town and beach. Weather wasn’t on our side so we’re not able to enjoy the outdoor space as much but look forward to coming back in the summer time.

Cozy, rainy weekend getaway
On a cool, rainy weekend, this house was a perfect, cozy spot for our friends to gather. We took advantage of the big fireplace, the sauna (!) and even the pool (which we had heated, and it was worth it). When skies cleared for a few hours, we even got in a few hours of pickleball. The house was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. Communication from our hosts was excellent. And we all took walks to the beach (about 15 minutes), where we just about had the whole waterfront to ourselves. A great weekend.

Awesome stay with a great pool!
Third time staying here and best weather and time in the pool. Easy walk to the beach, great house and layout. Plenty of room and great amenities, set up our pickle ball net on the tennis court and had a great time!

Such a wonderful stay!
We were 8 moms looking for a relaxing getaway and that is just what we received. Everything was perfect and the house had more than we could ask for. The pool was perfect, as was the sauna. The only downside was that the trip was so short!

Close proximity to the beach with lots of fun activities at the property including swimming, sauna and pickle ball courts that our family enjoyed immensely. Very clean and well-maintained property. We hope to be back!

Awesome house with a beautiful pool.

Wonderful Cozy Coast Home
Our group of two families and one grandma had a fantastic time here. The house was so comfortable. Communication with the owner and Janet were exceptional. Perfect Gearhart Getaway!

Excellent Vacation Home
This is the second time we have stayed here. The setting is tranquil, the large home is great, and the heated pool was a major treat. The sauna was also super relaxing. The home is very clean, neat, and well stocked with basics. We will defer try to visit again.

We LOVED this property! We had our family from age 4-78 and we all loved it. The pool was incredible and the property managers and owners communicated so well! The only thing is we wish we could have walked to the beach rather than had to drive, but it was still so amazing and the beach isn’t far at all. We definitely hope to stay again next year.

Lovely Stay by the Sea
Jeff’s property is well-kept and spacious. We really liked how it backed a big open space with horses in the distance. We saw some deer, but no elk- maybe next time! We enjoyed using the sauna and having a cozy fire. Thanks for hosting a great stay!
