Beach Getaway
Great location, house big enough for a big family trip very close to a great beach. House not very clean, no cleaning supplies or extra trash bags but we enjoyed the space but probably would choose this house again.

Area was wonderful - lots to do. House was comfortable - wish we had been provided with a few more necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry soap and a vacuum cleaner. Would have been nice for clean up. But overall house as enjoyable. Loved the beach and the views.

Amazing property
Clean, has everything we needed. Just a walk to the beach. Home and neighborhood feel like you’re in the beachy hamptons. Perfect location, great amenities! Will be back FOR SURE with friends next time. Had an AWESOME weekend. The “rec” room was my favorite as we have two infants and we were able to put up the baby gate and let them play as we watched our favorite shows on the huge couch and hung out. Was awesome and comfortable!

Accommodates large group very well!
This home accommodated extended family very well. I do wish that we had been given a map of walking paths in the neighborhood and how to connect with Gearhart proper. Guidelines for hot tub use were given, however, no direction for how we ought to leave the property upon departure so we removed linens from beds and did one load of towels in the W & D. This home could use a deep cleaning. We all appreciated the home and were comfortable.

Perfect Vacation
The house was perfect for all 7 of my family members and 3 pups. Our only wish for the house was better views of the ocean. We loved the short walk to the boardwalk and down to the beach and seeing all of the friendly neighbors. We can’t wait to return!

Awesome place
Most likely we will be booking again for next year. It was nice to have the space for everyone the kids enjoyed the big room upstairs and the adults loved down stairs. Plenty of room for 4 kids and 5 adults. This was our first time staying at any place like this. Definitely will make it a yearly tradition loved it and it's close to the beach and close to seaside.

The Quiet Beach Retreat
This was a fantastic residence that was stocked with everything we needed for a few days of a getaway. The beds were comfortable, and all the furniture was well kept. There is access to the beach from the neighborhood, as well as for beach access by vehicle to the beach just outside the gated community.

Great house! Perfect for family and dogs.
We stayed here over the Christmas holiday. Our extended family own properties in Gearhart and this was perfect retreat for the five of us in our immediate family along with our dogs. Nice private neighborhood and easy access to the beach trail. We would stay here again.

We had so much fun last year, we decided to take our kids back again this year. The house is perfect for housing all of us and the kids lived the ping pong table and hot tub! Thank you again for all of the wonderful memories! Merry Christmas!

Fun Coast Getaway
The home exceeded all our expectations. While there is some normal rental wear and tear, overall the home was very comfortable and clean. It suited our group of teenagers well with a hot tub, ping pong table in the garage and a great room upstairs for a wonderful hang out space. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking lots of meals. The beach is just a short walk and you are often lucky enough to get glimpses of the resident elk herd. The home was a wonderful place to getaway with a group, with lots of space for everyone to find their own nook. Our dog loved it too! Would definitely love to return!

Great property and location. Downside is that this is clearly a rental property, so there were a lot of small annoying things like....of the various tv remotes, half had batteries that needed replacing. The dryer door opens on a side that doesn’t make sense for the space, other than internet passwords, there were no instructions anywhere...for the sauna, hot tub, Sonos speaker, etc.... the kitchen is not set up intuitively (location of utensils, cups, plates, etc...). Not a big deal, but annoying.

Great House
The house was great: roomy and great location. Short walk to a quiet beach. Big room for kid's to play. Hot tub was perfect. Big staircase up to bedrooms probably not the best for elderly guests. We really enjoyed our stay.

Your go to place to stay in Gearhart!
The property turned out to be better than expected and the photos do not really do it justice. The only negative part was the communication from the owner/agency. It took them almost 10 days to reply to my message. I was with a group of my friends and we all enjoyed our stay there. The hot tub and sauna were great and the house has a speaker system that you can use so it had some great perks. The family room upstairs was probably the coolest spot in the house and the balcony was a nice addition. We also ended up cleaning the house afterwards and picking up our trash because that's what we do. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

Nice Place
This was a nice place with plenty of space for many adults, children and the family dog. The house was in good shape, but could use some detail attention. Furnishings are mainly ikea and not very sturdy. It was reasonable distance to the beach to walk. The beds left a bit to be desired as they are VERY firm. Overall, it was great for what we used it for.
