Unfortunately a nightmare, in amazing setting
In short, after an surgery we have planned to relax and stay in the apartment for two days to enjoy the view and get some vacation.
Unfortunately, it was one hell of a night and a day with maintenance people come and go, ending with the situation that the entire SeaTower did not have any electricity.
The biggest problem was certainly that the window in the bedroom had around a 1 CM gap between the window and frame, and as at that weekend the have been strong winds, this created an I credible draft throughout the apartment, first we thought it is going to be ok to sleep in the bedroom, but we quickly moved to the couch to spend there our night, for me it was 3-4 hours sleep due to the noise.
When the first maintenance person came we asked if there is a change to change apartments upon availability, but the property insisted to fix it before they they move us. Leaving us in the living room without any privacy as we have been waiting for another maintenance person. The team has been friendly and wanted to fix it, but it destroyed our short 2-day vacation. The icing was when the electricity suddenly went down, which was not particularly the fault of owners but the it was handled was really bad, they just pushed the fault to the building management without thinking about a resolution.
This, it is a pity, as the apartment is amazing, but due to our experience I will not recommend to stay in the apartment or with Dom & Houses Aparrtments. PS:the check-in is 30 min away
