"On the first night of our stay, the receptionist kept calling us if we were going to show up because we were out late and hadn't checked in earlier. Overall the service was welcoming but the room was tighter than seen in the picture and just an ordinary room without anything. The bathroom floor became slippery after use and you could hardly walk without slipping. "Really enjoyed the hotel and found the room to be very clean as well as a traditional Turkish atmosphere. Breakfast was good and Cennet was so helpful and kind. The hotel had a wonderful outdoor patio as well as all you can drink water bottles and hot tea. Parking was available and the hotel was a great location to the castle as well as other sites. "

I arrived after many hours of travel and at reception I repeatedly asked for Wi-Fi so that I could use translation and speak with people… They would never give it to me. I had a picture of a room with one double bed and one single bed, and they took me to a very dark room with only one small bed and very small room. I asked for another one, and it was a little bit better, but there was no Wi-Fi there. All this time someone had to be carrying my luggage from one...
