We rent Sunday to Sunday (by the week only) in the summer months or a 3-day minimum during May and September. Our house is located less than 1 mile from the Gaylord Country Club and 3 miles from Meijer. In 15 minutes, you can be at the base of Boyne Mountain! 10 minutes to Otsego Club; 15 minutes to Tree Tops. 45 mins-1 hour away from the Mackinac Island Ferry, Bay Harbor, Petoskey, Charlevoix and Traverse City areas. For(e) golf enthusiasts, we are located in the middle of what is known as "The Golf Mecca".
The views from the deck are Gorgeous. We LOVE Lake 27, otherwise known as the best kept secret in Northern Michigan! The warm, clear water and beautiful, sandy beach make great swimming for all ages. Your family can bring a boat or rent a boat in town and enjoy tubing, waterskiing and sunset cruises. Please enjoy using our 5 SUP's (Stand Up Paddleboards), 2 Kayaks, Canoe, Firepit, etc. The 2 lake side patios have electric and are set up with chairs, picnic table and grill. The large fire pit is great for star gazing, s'more making, and storytelling.
In the 112-acre lake you will find walleye, pike, bass, and sunfish.
The house is 2800 square feet and features 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms and 1 bunkroom) and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Great for spreading out the crew! Our newly renovated kitchen and new appliances along with a new gas grill make cooking a joy. The house also has air conditioning- rare in Northern Michigan rentals.
Wood burning fireplace in the living room, HD Direct TV with Netflix is also available in the living room. The lower-level rec room has a full bar area, TV, fridge, ice maker, pool table/ping pong table, and ms.pac-man/galaga arcade game. Master bedroom, Main Floor bedroom, and Bunk room have HD Direct TV. There is an attached oversized two car garage and lots of parking on the side of the house.

SUMMER: Swim, boat, fish, kayak, stand up paddle, trails for hiking, biking, grill, bon-fires, day trips, wine-tasting, rafting on the Sturgeon River...the list goes on and on.
GOLF: Known as the Golf Mecca, the Gaylord area has 17 championship courses nearby to challenge you. The Gaylord Country Club is next door and Treetops is incredible in the fall.
