Disappointing stay, scruffy apartment, location ok
"We were quite disappointed with our stay. We arrived and only after contacting the property via phone, being asked to send a whatsapp message and sending proof of identity, were we given check in instructions and help actually finding the entrance to the property. Everything is expensive and not worth the price. Apart from room charge, you have to pay MYR160 per pax for boat transfer (this is must to reach the resort). And on checkout, they tried to double-charge us for room charge! How greedy they are.
