Gîte adjoining the property (all shops, markets in Gavray), located south and surrounded by pastures.
The cottage has an independent entrance, a fenced garden, a terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.
It is composed on the ground floor of a large kitchen very bright with bay window overlooking the field, a large living room with wood stove and sofa bed (140cm), a laundry room with toilet, washing machine and storage.
1st floor: a landing serves a room with two beds of 90 cm and a large bathroom with wc.
From the cottage can organize many walks, cycling.
Located in the center of the Coutances triangle, Granville, Villedieu-les-Poêles (20km max), and 15 km from the beach.

Merci à Monique et Philippe pour cet accueil, cette disponibilité et cette gentillesse. Le gîte est parfait, tout y est pour y passer des vacances confortables et ressourçantes. Le gîte a un jardin privé mais également un accès à un jardin commun (chambres d'hôte) où vivent des animaux qui feront le bonheur des enfants (et des adultes) L'ambiance est familiale, conviviale, si l'on souhaite sympathiser avec ses voisins c'est facile mais si l'on veut rester isolé ça l'est aussi. Nous avons eu beaucoup de peine à partir de cette "maison du bonheur" après une semaine. Encore merci!
