"Great property with three good size bedrooms (one downstairs). Dinning table in the kitchen and a choice of places to sit outside, outside areas have stunning views. The property and grounds need a little TLC, the grounds were a bit overgrown and the property could do with a little bit of money spent on it, in particular in the kitchen and bathrooms. Plus a thorough clean. However, it is a beautiful house in an amazing location"

"Superb. We had a great week in the beautiful villa Alventura. The facilities are excellent, the surrounding countryside is stunning and Anne and Simon couldn’t have been more helpful as hosts. We particularly appreciated both indoor and outdoor kitchens, well equipped, and the pizza oven was well used by us. The bedrooms are spacious and the whole place was clean and well looked after. "Had a wonderful week relaxing here. Air conditioning in the bedrooms a godsend. Beds really comfy. Stunning gardens with lots of places to sunbathe or relax in the shade including a lovely little pool to cool off in. Only 10 mins drive from Montecarlo where there are four or five excellent restaurants. Ideal to explore Florence/Tuscany and the Appenines too. You need a car. "

"We spent a wonderfully relaxing week here with our adult children at the beginning of September. The house is beautifully situated and we made abundant use of the lovely outdoor spaces. The pool is superb and there are plenty of solid, comfortable loungers. The pool is not fenced off, though, so possibly not one for tiny children. Personalized attention from manager Filippo, who had great tips about where to eat and watch the Euro football championships.
