The house is really nicely set up to allow for entertaining and relaxing; the pool is the perfect temp, the house is cool during hot days and the living room and kitchen are spacious and well laid out. "What isn't evident from the photos is that this gîte is made up of an older part and a new "tower" part - but that both are now to the same, modern standards. People should be aware that three of the rooms are on the three floors (inc ground) of the tower, so there are quite a few stairs which may be daunting for some. Clement, Regine and Jean-Francoise are the most friendly hosts you could ever wish to meet.. very welcoming with no request being too much trouble.. The Gers department of France is absolutely beautiful.. gorgeous scenery coupled with excellent food & wine. Already looking forward to next year so we can return and visit again…...
