"The hotel room was nice and very clean. I stayed here with two friends and booked a suite, which included breakfast. The three of us checked in with our passports and IDs, which took a while. They put our luggage through a bag scanner and then separately scanned our bodies individually. This whole process took longer than airport security. The next morning I went down to breakfast alone while my two friends were getting ready. While I was having coffee, the manager at the restaurant came...

"We enjoyed the pool but be aware water is not heated so an evening swim can be chilly in January. Breakfast buffet had a large selection to chose from. The only reason I gave it a 4 for cleanliness was we discovered a big roach in our room. They came quickly to remove it and also offered to move us but as we were there for one night we declined the offer. This could happen at any property as so many people are coming and going but still a bit of an unpleasant discovery."
