Would give 4.5 stars if an option. Loved this hotel! Staff was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and free! So many cute details. Felt like I was at home. The bead was really comfy. Rocking chairs on the balconies. They even gave us a blueberry muffin/loaf at checkout! I’ll always stay here from now on while in Gatlinburg! The only reason I would take off a half star is because I wish they had mini fridges in the rooms.

The history of the Inn makes it unique. We have wanted to stay here for years but just never did. We definitely will stay again. Our room was an older room and small, but fine for my wife and I. The breakfast was great and staff was as well. The location is perfect for walking downtown. During by the fireplace and reading, talking, and watching the snow fall was great. Free hot chocolate, cider, and coffee is a bonus also. We love Gatlinburg.

Our stay was just perfect! The location is everything. You can walk to all the attractions. The staff were friendly. The hotel is old with a cozy charm to it. It’s like walking into your grandparents house:) I will definitely recommend it.

Historical property with loads of character. If you want a spa-like or modern experience, this might not be for you. The Gatlinburg Inn is a time-capsule that takes you back to a time when things were slower. There were so many pictures displayed of famous people from long ago and aged pictures of locations within the area and National Park. Such a charming inn, it won't be our last visit

The staff were so nice, we went on New Years Eve there was a party Close to everything. The only thing was we did not get the city side of like we ask for when we booked our room the reason was we booked thru 3rd party. Other than that yhere was coffee hot chocolate and fresh cookies.

If you want to be close to the strip your not going to find a better place. It is located close to the middle . Walking distance to everything. All the employees were real friendly and they do a great job of keeping everything clean. Also they have a really good breakfast.

The hotel needs work. Heat was broke and shower head also sprayed water throughout the bathroom. Took multiple calls to the front desk to get a space heater brought to us…it was only 24 degrees outside!!!!
