Great place to stay.
Stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. House was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at. Great location, secluded enough but still only a short drive to the park and towns. Home was a little light on things like towels, but that’s a very minor gripe. Overall, highly recommend, perfect for a family trip.

We loved the house. It wasn't as clean as I expected though. The floors were dirty. We didn't use the pool or hot tub. We had Stinkbugs infestation. We could not sit in the living room without them flying around, landing on us & crawling up the walls, windows, etc. It would have been nice to know that the house was on top of the mountain & how extremely curvy the road was & how steep the driveway is. Also how small the parking area was. We had barely enough room to park my Expedition & a small Kia SUV. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but I won't book it again.

Great pool house!
Very nice home (as most are in the area) but with the added bonus of an indoor pool. The kids loved the pool as a way to finish a day of hiking, snow tubing, mountain coasters, and everything else the area has to offer.

This house is great! Kids loved the pool and hot tub, beautiful views, very central location. Property manager was awesome. We saw bears almost daily. We had 2 families, kids 4,4,7,8,9 and this house was perfect for us! Will be back for sure.

Family wanted to do a Christmas vacation this year...we chose gatlinburg...this cabin was close to everthing we wanted to do...and it was so awesome in size and had hot tub, indoor pool,game room...everyone had a great time just hanging out...would highly recommend.

Everything was great overall, property manager was on points on answering all messages and fixing anything.... the only complaint that I would have is there was no oven pans whatsoever so was very hard to cook anything... but everything else was really good

We truly enjoyed the stay! The check in process was painless, communication was quick and professional. It was a girls trip and the place was so spacious and plenty to do, we truly loved it! The beds were so comfortable and everything was clean. The only downside was the driveway, it is so steap, we drove a Lincoln Navigator XL so it was challenging getting in and out. That was the only downside. Overall, would highly recommend!!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this cabin. Amazing decor, indoor pool, hot tub, game room and SOO spacious. The day before we left we had a momma and 4 cubs come walking up the driveway and hung around for a minute before they continued their journey on. We had one thing we needed to reach out to the owner about and he responded within 10 minutes! We will definitely be back to stay here and 100% recommend this cabin to anyone!

Great family getaway!
We stayed for five nights, and had a great time. The house has a great view from the front deck, and lots of things to do for the kids. The pool was the reason that we booked this rental, and it did not disappoint. We could sit out on the deck reading and drinking coffee while the kids splashed away! The driveway is definitely steep, but we managed it just fine. One thing I would note is that if you plan to do a lot of cooking, you might want to bring some of your own kitchen implements. The kitchen was very nice, but a little slim on pots, spatulas, etc. Not a big deal though, and we would definitely stay here again.

RENT THIS CABIN!!!
This place is amazing! So clean, modern, and beautiful! We had so much room to spread out. The littles loved the pool. The teens loved the game room. The adults loved the hot tub. Kitchen was great. Love the fireplace and fire pit outside. No closets but every bedroom has a large dresser so no big deal. Beautiful Mountain View’s. Travis responded immediately. Driveway is scary but I just parked at the bottom and walked up. Once again no big deal. Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time at this property on a trip with three generations. The kids loved swimming in the pool and playing air hockey and classic arcade games. Adults had plenty of space to hang out after the kids had gone to bed and it was nice to have a large family dining table, where We could all sit at together. We would have wished for the kitchen equipment to include spatulas, serving spoons and a few cookie sheets . But that did not impact our enjoyment. Property was well located and only a quick drive into town. It had beautiful mountain views. It does have a very steep driveway. Tight parking for three cars.

Wonderful place to stay
Loved the entire stay. Clean, pictures Do not do this place justice. It’s beautiful. Perfect for a family with children. The only negatives I could mention, which wasn’t enough for me to complain,… Grass was a little high around the steps, so I was on the lookout for snakes when going up/down. Pool filter cover in the concrete next to the pool is very loose and if it’s stepped on any at all it comes off and is dangerous. My 7yr old son stepped on it trying to get into the pool and his foot went all the way inside and he hurt his leg. We kept it covered with our cooler the rest of our stay so it couldn’t happen again. Again… minor things but all in all, my kids asked if we could come back to this exact place again one day. Thank you to the great host!

1st time to Smokies with family and friends!
Very modern and nice place! When we arrived the pool was cold, notified the owner they fixed it the next day. Our kids were bummed it was still to cold to use it the whole time we were there. We had picked this place because of the pool. Asked if they had a crock pot, he said yes, there wasn't one. Need more essentials for your stay bring extra soap, towels garbage bags wash clothes also no hot pads. Why have an oven with no hot pads?? Need steps to get to hot tub and better lighting. Need new chairs on front deck all breaking. Game area was great kids loved it! Tv was broke in living room, they fixed it the next day. Drive way is very steep and could have better landscaping outside.

Great location
When we arrived we saw many bears! Which was exciting for us! They are everywhere, like in the driveway! There were a few things that were needed in the home and the owner was very accommodating, Such as a new propane tank and cooking pots and utensils. We Instacarted our groceries to the house which was convenient. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and games in the home. Overall it was a fantastic location. Do bring hand soap for bathrooms, pool towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, foil, clear wrap, zip locs, Tupperware. There were no bath mats in the house by showers or by the pool entrance this is something I would add to the needs list for the home. we would absolutely stay here again and loved our trip to Gatlinburg. The house had great Wi-Fi for those that needed to work also! We were told there wasn’t a fire pit but there was, so bring your wood. We sadly didn’t get any but wish we had!

Great Mountain Getaway
Our party of 5 adults had a great time at this property. It is nestled deep in the mountains above Gatlinburg with great views and only a 15-25 minute drive down the mountain into town. The property has a steep driveway but enough parking for 3 cars, the picture of the semi circle in front of the house is the view from the front porch. The house was very clean and provided basic supplies to get you started, if you are planning on staying more than one night I would recommend packing trash bags, paper towels, bath towels, soap etc. The pictures of the home does not do it justice to show how huge the rooms are, we did not feel cramped at all. Pool was large and the garage door was great to put open and have views of the mountains. Pool deck was small just to get in/out but those wanting to sit and socialize were able to sit on the edge or in rocking chairs on porch when garage was open. 3 king bedrooms with en suite full bathrooms were great. Game room on the second floor with the bedrooms was fun. Overall great property. If I had to change something it would probably be to have blinds on the living room windows - morning sun is intense. Would definitely recommend to others.

The property was nice but it’s very disappointing how much cleaning we had to do. We had to sweep the whole properly, clean up a lot of trash around the front and back of it and around the hot tub. Two of the beds were not made just sheets left on it all the dishes had to be washed with burnt on stuffed on most of the pots. There was a leak under the kitchen sink no dish brushes, or utensil to clean anything. No trash bags. For the price we paid we would have expected more
