Welcome to our Gatlinburg retreat! This cozy two bedroom, two bathroom condo is your gateway to mountain bliss. Accommodating up to Eight guests, it features a king bedroom, a full-over-full bunk with a twin trundle, and a queen sleeper sofa, ensuring ample space for everyone.
The full kitchen is equipped for your culinary adventures, letting you savor meals just the way you like. Perched atop a mountain, the scenic drive adds to the experience.
As part of the complex, you'll enjoy access to a refreshing pool and a grilling area, perfect for laid-back afternoons. Book now and experience the best of the Smokies from your own mountain haven.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet friendly. Failure to comply with the policy will result in a $500 fine. (This is per the HOA)
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

DON’T DO IT
First off.. owners are out of state & handle NO CONCERNS. Everything goes through a company in Missouri. We arrived to an APARTMENT (not a chalet), NO WIFI (daughter is in college & NEEDED to do assignments), NO WASHER & DRYER, & as far as the pool.. CLOSED! So there’s that part for misleading.. now the first shower taken.. by the time the shower was over.. I was calf deep in water!! The drains were terrible! I contacted the company & was told 48 hrs to get someone there. The guy that came.. spoke no English.. did not care & was in & out in 3 mins!! The drain was better but not good. I have lots of pictures to show the condition of the unit.. but I don’t see that it will let me add them. Also.. owners have cameras!! You are on camera!! Lastly.. if winter.. you will need 4-wheel drive!! Steep steep mountains high up!!
