We are very proud of our Beautiful Cabin Style Home - near The Great Smoky Mountains National Park - 3 BEDROOMS/2 baths, SLEEPS 8, cozy nestled on great space to enjoy all amenities. Only 2.1 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg, Aquarium - most visited Aquarium in United States, Anakeesta, Ole Red and only a few minutes from Dollywood and all major attractions. Less than one mile to Food City, Gas Stations, and selection of Restaurants. Rocky Top Sports Complex is about 3.1 miles or 8 minutes. Enjoy fast speed WiFi throughout the house, TV in each bedroom, Large TV in Living room. Table games and plenty of space to spare. Clean, spacious, wonderful!
We had the best time! Loved sitting around the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub. The kids had fun with the pool table and games. We saw a bear in the yard and had a wonderful week doing touristy things.

Wonderful family home
My family and I had a wonderful time! The house was perfect and exactly as described. We even had a bear visitor! The location is perfect. Close the city and all of the attractions but tucked away nicely away from the hustle and bustle. 10/10 recommend staying in this location!

Christmas Getaway
When my family and myself arrived at the property, it was beautiful and came with all the amenities listed on the details for the property. It was perfect and slept all of us just fine. the owners were quick to response and also gave us plenty of information about the area which really helped. I will say there were a few things that could have been fixed, quiet a few of the outlets were missing covers, there were some broken blinds and a broken pool stick which was sitting on the rank like it wasn't broken. I did meant to mention that to the owner when we seen her the day before check-out, I believe the people next door had checked out and she was there to turn it over. She was never kind and asked if we were in need of anything at all. Over than those few things the trip was a hit and we loved the way the property was decorated for Christmas. Overall my family had a wonderful time, plus it snowed while we were there and it was the kids first time seeing snow. I would stay here again for sure.

This was the absolute best stay. From Roberto's list of attractions and food prior to our stay, to the location, we simply couldn't have found a better place. This wasnt our first time renting in Gatlinburg, but this was by far the best property. They had the house and property decorated for the holidays which had my kids over the moon excited. The house was well stocked, clean and absolutely cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The Foosball and pool tables were a hit as we had family tournaments in both. Onsite laundry was a bonus. Highly recommend and will book again for future trips to Gatlinburg

Great property for kids. Our 8 and 5 year old great nephews loved the swing set, slide, and fire pit. Our group included ages 9 months to 66 years and we were all happy with this property. Some hooks for coats, clothes, towels would be nice. The fire pit needs to be replaced.

I wanted a place where we would have something to do during our downtime so a hot tub and game room was important. I didn't see any mention in the description that the pool table and hockey game was outside under the carport. It was cold during our stay, so we didn't get to use them any. Also, the place was advertised as a 4 bedroom and it is only a 3 bedroom. Had issues unlocking the door but the host answered immediately when I called for help. When we arrived, the place looked very clean but there were clothes left in a dresser, molded food in the microwave and the place had roaches everywhere. Beds were very uncomfortable and if my trip would have been any longer than just the few days I had planned, i would have just left and rented a hotel room. Will not return!

We had a great stay. The accommodations were better than expected for the price. The owners were quick to get back with us when we had questions. There was plenty for all ages to do when we weren't about the town, which was close enough for convenience but far enough to not be crowded. Would stay again.

Perfect host for a perfect stay
From beginning to end Roberto was the most responsive and helpful host. We met him and his family on property and found them to be the most pleasant people. The cabin served our needs and we had all we needed at our finger tips. We were on motorcycles and found the access and parking to be superb. Area is conveniently located and easy to get to. Secluded and quiet. We had an issue with the tv stations and he was all to accommodating. As a matter of fact he has been accommodating at all hours. I ask for a special arrangement of flowers and a note to be waiting for us and he shopped for the items and had them waiting as I requested. It doesn't get any better than this folks. I will with out a doubt be back.
