The house was great. Loved the loft with pool table and the theater set up was great for the football games. The only description that seemed a little off was the walking distance to downtown, but the house was great

Great view/Needs major cleaning
Upon arriving our initial thought was the view! Perched high up enough to see the coaster and all the lights on the road! The wrap around porch was great for the kids to have plenty of running room. Unfortunately we encountered several disappointing features and problems with our stay. We made the host aware in hopes it can be addressed for the next guest. The mattresses in all the bedrooms but one were hard as a rock and just over all uncomfortable. The bathroom on main floor wouldn’t flush. The refrigerator didn’t keep food or drinks cold. The outdoor furniture was covered in pet hair as well as the cabin over all felt like it needed a good cleaning!! Clumps of hair and pet hair in corners. The living room couch was broke down with no mattress on pull out sleeper. We just felt like the price we paid per night it was lacking in general. We have always used VRBO and had great cabins. This is our first stay with Evolve. We stayed at the cabin the whole time and cooked every meal there so the cabin was used all weekend. Hopefully all of these things are fixed because the space of the cabin and location has potential.

Perfect layout and great location
We chose this property due to its size and proximity to the Gatlinburg strip. The house was very clean and very spacious. It has 3 floors which were perfect for our group of 12 (including children ranging from 2 to 13). We were all able to spread out and have privacy. The kitchen is well stocked and we all appreciated having the washer and dryer. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the games and the theater area in the downstairs game room. The property is very shaded. We saw bear in the yard on two separate occasions which was exciting. Our hostess Linda was very prompt and helpful with any questions that I had. I would definitely stay here again.
