Great set up for families but could use some help
The layout is great for those needing a lot of bedrooms. Three floors allows for separation. Main floor bedroom was great for my dad who doesnt like to go up and down stairs. Nice view. Close to town. Would recommend....but.... they need to address a few things.Most of the showers were luke-warm at best. I suspect it was the anti-scalding device on the fixtures because the sinks had hot water.All of the ceiling fans that have remotes seem to be on the same frequency so if someone downstairs changes the fan, it changes other fans in the house. They should include basic streaming services for movies, etc. given the theater room set up. (We never used it, BTW.) We did use our personal accounts for streaming but its a pain to have to remove the acces when you leave. The sound is not good on the main floor TV.The pool table should be replaced. Its tiny and in terrible condition.The kitchen is fully equipped for the most part but the quality is low and feels like nothing but leftover utinsels.Overall, the house is a bit sterile but fully functional.
