Stinky property w dangerous drive
The property we rented was perfect for our needs. It had to be changed because of the hurricane, and the property you placed us in was not suitable for people to stay in. We explained what was happening to property management, but did not hear back from them after we sent them pictures of one of the problems. We paid for a first superior property than what we were housed in, and we would like to be reimbursed for the difference. The property we stayed in is not being maintained properly and needs to be repaired before it's rented out again. I would appreciate a call for management.

Hot tub trouble
The property was nice. From day 1 the hot tub was trouble got to cabin hot tub unplugged and no steps to get in. Called to get hot tub running came out that night,had text about to get the steps to get in the hot tub we got there Wednesday didn’t get the steps until Saturday afternoon in the mean time the hot tub was turning green finally got it clear on Saturday when they finally got the steps to us my mom is in her 80s we are in our 60s and had to go buy a skillet there was none there Was not very happy spent a lot of money for a bad vacation 24-29 July
