This is a cozy, rustic Condo in downtown Gatlinburg. So many things to do and places to eat all within walking distance. We had a small internet issue upon arrival but Laurie was quick to respond and offer solutions.

Great stay in the middle of everything!
The condo was close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and everything you can think of. It also had a great view from the balcony. The rooms were clean and the Internet was fast. Would recommend!

Peaceful Solo Vacation

The property was clean and close to walking distance to everything. The bed is a tad uncomfortable but still nice. I do wish the chairs around the table had backs on the seats but it was clean and comfortable

Great location and Condo
This property is a great location to the main strip. You can easily walk to the strip in just a few minutes. Since the condo complex is off the strip it is very quiet. So you get the convenience of staying downtown but also a quiet atmosphere. The condo is very clean and perfect for two or a young family. We will definitely be staying here again. One of our favorite stays to date!

Condo was clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. The condo was spotless, with every corner impeccably maintained. The cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home, and I instantly felt relaxed and comfortable. The location of the condo was ideal, as it was just a short walk to the parkway. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I cannot recommend this condo enough. The cleanliness, coziness, and perfect location make it the ideal place to stay. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Hiking, bear and beer…oh my!
The location was perfect. Condo had everything we needed. Left by 7 one morning. We saw a bear on the side of the road on the Roaring Forks auto trail. Made our day! Live music at Ole Reds was great.

We loved everything about this place except for the bed. The mattress was sinking in the middle. Needs a new one. But i will say the lady we rented from was amazing . Best we ever had . We will use her again . Loved how clean it was and the location. Wish the hot tub was open .

Super cute and in walking distance.
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The condo is super cute and cozy . It is obvious that Laurie cares about her properties. There was a special wedding gift and it was so thoughtful. We were in walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, so we never had to pay for parking. The condo building is quite so we were able to sleep pretty well. We were a little disappointed that the pool wasn't ready, but honestly it was too cold. And they had it cleaned by the time we checked out. We would definitely stay in one of the properties by Distinctive Getaways again.

Everything 5/5 except bed. Some may enjoy that it is so soft and full of air the sheets balloon up when you sit. Felt like I couldn’t roll over in my sleep, had to wake up, stand up, turn the other direction, and lay back down. Otherwise, everything was excellent and thoughtful.

Incredible find
We were surprised by not only the location to almost everything, but also by how wonderful the unit was. Very clean and the decor was great. Check-in was all done via email/text communication with host. We definitely recommend staying here. We did not like the *(complimentary) bogo tickets via the service pushed in emails received and via advertisement on the room (QR CODE). The service rep we contacted was very difficult to understand and despite asking her to repeat herself several times we did not purchase tickets. with the BOGO offer. We ended up getting the same deal via coupons online without having to give up our credit card info over the phone. Overall the unit was incredible and we would stay here again.
