About this property

You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Downtown, nice furnishings, clean and cozy w/ fireplace, indoor & outdoor pools.

Our No Smoking & No Pets unit has been remodeled 4/20 and has one large bedroom for 2 adults, with a comfortable KING size bed and flat screen Satellite TV. New queen size sleeper sofa with premium 6 " mattress for up to 2 kids and comfortable rocker installed in den 6/20/19.
Condo is designed for two adults, but has a queen sleeper sofa that kids could use.
It has a wide sliding glass door leading to the adjacent private covered balcony with table and chairs overlooking the outside pool.
The fully equipped kitchen has ample new natural Hickory cabinets, granite counter tops, ceramic back splash, four burner electric stove w/ oven, toaster oven, new large microwave, new full size refrigerator / freezer, coffeemaker and plenty of stainless steel cooking utensils.
The living/dining room has a Queen size sleeper sofa and comfortable rocker recliner for relaxing and watching the 2nd flat screen Cable TV, has a rock floor to ceiling fireplace and electric logs that can be used for "atmosphere" and/or heating.
Oak Square has an outdoor pool and large indoor HEATED pool with kiddie pool.
The indoor pools are open year around.
There are two conveniently located elevators and covered parking for personal vehicles, also additional paved parking for boats or trailers.
No hassle check in/out KEYLESS ENTRY.
The downtown location puts you in the middle of many shops, great restaurants, a wide paved walk beside the beautiful Downtown River, walking distance to the Gatlinburg Aquarium, Ripley's Believe It or Not and numerous National Forest trails. If you do not care to walk, the popular Gatlinburg Trolley stops on River Road near our entrance and will take you to countless places in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

Quaint getaway
The condo is off the main stretch of the town, which was nice, not too busy. The location was good, everything was in walking distance. The room was clean, stocked with your basics, & had 2 pools.

30th Anniversary first time here!
Me and my husband was celebrating our 30 anniversary and we was so excited to be able to go to Gatlinburg finally! We have wanted to go there for years, and Sam the owner of the property was so easy to talk and to be able to get a hold of way beforehand . he made it a breeze when we had never done this before so thanks Sam truly appreciated all, the place was extremely clean and beautiful. We definitely will go back again in the future! We was close to everything also from the condo just like it shows us on line. Thanks so much again we made great memories!!

We had an amazing time in Gatlinburg. The condo is in a great location to walk anywhere you want and not have to worrying about parking. Great location to be able to go to the Park, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. Will definitely be going back in the future.

The description is exactly what it says, we were pleased with the experience. We only stayed 2 nights but it had a kitchenette in this room for anyone staying longer. There were white stains on the sheets for the pull out couch but we bring our own sheets anywhere we go so that’s a non issue for us. The decor is authentic for the Smokey mountains. Would for sure stay again if we ever needed.

Great cozy place to stay !
We loved this condo .. It was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the location . The bathroom is small but it looks amazing . This will be strange, but I was very impressed with the actual toilet most places we stay at the toilet is very low . We are tall people so this made things easier.. lol .. overall we loved this adorable condo and I want all the fixtures and cute bear stuff ! 😂😊

Anniversary Stay in Gatlinburg
Cosy condo for two seniors who enjoyed their surroundings both indoors and around the downtown areas. Short stay inside this condo will accommodate your stay. The accommodations allowed for simple cooking, storage, relaxing, TV watching and board game playing. The indoor pool, parking and walks into downtown allowed for endless outdoor activities and personal entertainment. The condo interior allowed you to feel like you were staying inside a cabin environment having plenty of climate control flexibility.

Cute Log Cabin Atmosphere
This VRBO is walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg! There was ample parking at the VRBO. It was great not having to find parking when going downtown Gatlinburg. Sam, the owner, was very quick to respond to questions, gave recommendations of sites and restaurants, and was very honest and personable. The log cabin look was so inviting and our stay was very comfortable.

Very comfortable condo
When we walked into a condo it felt like we walked into a beautiful cabin. Everything very clean and comfortable. Property manager was very responsive to our questions when booking. It was very convenient to the main parkway-we could walk everywhere. Parking was great and many many spots covered. Don’t judge by appearance of overall exterior of building, which is dated, because this was a gem. Would 100% stay there again!
