The expansive backyard is fully fenced, ensuring your privacy and security, and features an in-ground pool (4in - 4ft deep), a luxurious spa, and a fully equipped gym. Relax by the pool or soak in the year-round 6-person hot tub under the stars. The serene creek that runs through the property adds to the peaceful ambiance, and a beautiful deck overlooks it, perfect for your morning coffee or evening retreat. (The pool is available from April 1st to October 31st)

For outdoor cooking and relaxation, enjoy a propane BBQ grill, a fire pit, and a second-story balcony that offers sweeping views of the entire backyard.

This spacious 2200 sqft home offers the perfect combination of style, comfort, and modern amenities:

3 bedrooms, each with comfortable "Allswell" memory foam mattresses to ensure you sleep like a dream.

3 full bathrooms for your convenience.

Complimentary WiFi throughout the house and 4 large 4K TVs equipped with Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu so you can binge-watch your favorite shows. The living room and upstairs bedroom even include local channels like CBS, ABC, and FOX.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom: A queen bed, twin bed, 2 pack n' play cribs, a desk, dresser, walk-in closet, and a 43-inch Smart TV. You'll also have direct access to the side porch for some fresh air.

Bedroom 2: A queen bed, twin bunk bed, dresser, closet, and a 50-inch Smart TV.

Bedroom 3: A twin bunk bed, dresser, and closet.

Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): Features 2 twin beds (no dresser or closet), 2 three-person sofas, and a 55-inch Smart TV with DVD player. This room has its own balcony access and provides a cozy spot to relax.

Living Room: Enjoy the spacious area with 2 three-person sofas, a rocking chair, and various games for family fun, plus a 55-inch Smart TV.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a feast with everything you need: refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, blender, crockpot, Keurig coffee maker (with pods), and more. We also provide a kids dining booster seat for your convenience.

Fitness & Wellness: Our backyard gym is a standout feature. Located in a cozy shed, it's fully insulated with AC for year-round comfort. The gym is stocked with a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, rowing machine, bench press, pull-up station, core machine, punching bag, and hand weights.

Convenience: The utility room includes a washer and dryer, detergent, ironing board, and laundry basket, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.

Parking: There's plenty of room to park, including a carport for two cars and extra driveway space. If you're bringing an RV, we can accommodate it (no hookups, but plenty of space to park—please let us know in advance).

Important Notes:

The pool is available from April 1st to October 31st. It will be covered during the colder months, from November to March.

The creek typically runs during the spring and after rainfall, but we can't guarantee it will be flowing.

There are 2 outdoor cameras on the property (clearly visible, one on the fence and one on the power pole) for your security.

For safety reasons, pool rings are not provided, but feel free to bring your own floaties and toys.
