We were looking for a place to call home for a wedding weekend and this place ended up being perfect. It was very rainy, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoors quite as much, but the house had everything we needed.

Had a quick relaxing getaway to this lovely quaint home. Vickie was super responsive and the home was clean and cozy. The beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and visit. Highly recommend for a relaxing time away!

Beautiful view
The property is very cozy and clean with a great view. If i could make a couple of suggestions, replace the furniture as it is hard to set in and very uncomfortable. Secondly, area rugs should have backing or done away with as they are slick and present a slip hazard. Couldn't get hot water to work in main bathroom. Just a few tweeks it will be perfect! Beds were incredibly comfortable!! Thank you for the use of your property!!

A unique property overlooking Lake Belton. Wonderful details in design and accessories throughout. We had everything we needed for cooking (cookies and pot roast). Great beds and beautiful views.

A great place to stay for a quiet getaway.
My college friends and I stayed for a "Girl's Weekend" and had a blast. The property was clean and the view was beautiful. The property manager communicated very well and was always available for questions.

What a wonderful stay! The view over the lake and the extensive porch made family time a pleasure. The owners are very helpful and responsive. Our son lost his keys in the couch, and the owners helped us find them quickly and get on our way.

Great Villa overlooking a lake
We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from Baylor. The drive is about 45 min from Waco. The home is clean, well decorated and has a great view. Loved the porch. We enjoyed low key family time. Would recommend for a get away.

Comfortable, looks just like the pictures, clean and roomy, ..there was shampoo, conditioner, lotion, candles, nice linens, lovely view, full kitchen with spices. My stay was perfect. I didn't take kids or pets, but it is kid and pet friendly.
