"We made a reservation for this place, not really knowing what we were getting into on the way from Crotone to Soverato. The place is in Satriano: a delightful modern palazzina, in quiet area high on the hill, with easy street parking and, with a car, easy access to Soverato. Sorrounded by fruit trees loaded with mandarins oranges and ripe pomegranates, our place place was in the back, sparkling modern and with design accessories in the bathroom. "The three rooms, bedroom, lounge and bathroom were spotless. The location was 10 minutes from train station and close to main street. There were breakfast coupons included for you to go to one of the cafes for coffee and crossant. There were 2 tvs and aircon.. everything worked well. Emailed owner re arrival time and he was there to meet us. Nice man although limited english my partner understood Italian). Lovely place to stay "

"This bed and breakfast has completely new furnishings and interior decoration with a lovely sparkly silver design. The breakfast is self service and has everything that a traveler needs. The bed was comfortable and the heating and air conditioning were easy to operate. There is also a nice sunny balcony with a beautiful view.Looking up into the hills towards Catanzaro It is located near a busy roundabout and is convenient to the road to get into Catanzaro. There is a pharmacy in walking...

"The property was even better than represented. The outdoor pool area and Cucina was where we lived. Davide arranged for a wonderful meal our first night. He was very responsive and provided us with many recommendations. In particular the resto in Gasperina was incredible. The area beaches and the sea were delightful to spend time at. Grazie bellissimo"
