"The stay was good, the night staff very friendly and accommodating. The day staff were very friendly aswell. The room however was a bit dated with cigarette burns in the carpet which i can understand not an issue for the staff could deal with. The bed was really comfortable and the room was warm. The shower head fitting wasn't secure and wouldnt stay on the pole. The toilet seat was loose."

"It was OK. A little dated but the bed was very comfy which was the main thing. The bathroom was a bit of a let down. The toilet didn't flush properly and there was mould above the shower. Cleaners started hoovering at 8 so perhaps not great if you want a lay in. Breakfast was so so...muffins dry and croissants over cooked. Hot buffet was cold but tasted OK. Coffee was very good though and they had oat milk which was a great touch. Location was great. View was stunning and definitely made up for it. "
