"It was a little rough in terms of the ceiling in the bathroom and the bathtub but compared to other hotels in the area I’ve been to they were pretty good. My allergies were very minimal and the staff acted like they enjoy their jobs and cared. "

"I didn’t like that no discount was offered when the pool and hot tubs were down and out of order. I wasn’t in love with the jacuzzi layout being in the bathroom and when the neighbouring unit ran there water it was loud as I am sure it was for them when I ran mine as well . Over all tho it was an alright stay "

"Late check in and early check out but it was clean, comfortable and a great price. Would have loved to check out the amenities but didn't have time!"

"Great location makes it easy to get to most everything on the south side of Sudbury, all necessities in driving or walking distance. The only thing negative for me was the hallways are very dimly lit. The outside areas was covered in snow but the Motel is located on a raised area with very easy access and great view."

"The price was affordable compared to most places. Here for kids ringette tournament and needed cheapest commodation. Bed and pillows were very comfortable for a great nights sleep."

"The hotel was clean and good staff Area around hotel had lots of homeless people hanging around. Some looking into cars. One woman looked like she was overdosed. "
