"Owner was in contact straight with a very extensive information package running to several pages. He also contacted us by TELEPHONE directly from the USA! The booklet emphasised the wooden floors (several times) as also he did (several times) which was a tad OTT (or maybe just tor us standoffish Brits). The irish contact however was really helpful and left the key in an agreed place for us. When we arrived, we were not quite sure which cottage was ours so a sign might be useful. Upon arrival...

"I can’t say enough good things about our stay. From the booking to the checkout, it was perfect! Robert was so easy to work with and very responsive to every inquiry. When we arrived, there was a gorgeous welcome basket and very nice note. The space was perfect for the nine of us, so comfortable in every way. Having three full baths was especially nice. "This place and the surrounding area are amazing in my opinion. I learned the hard way, but you deff need a car in this area. The towns all around are cute and have a nice old school charm. And Lismore castle and gardens are amazing. Just wish the lord and lady would allow tours of the castle."

"Spent a week in Oct here while some family members attende Ballymaloe cooking school. Great location with excellent water views. Property manger was very quick to answer questions. We did have to extend our stay as there is no check ins on Sunday. That was an unexpected cost. "
