The services provided by the staff especially in the restaurant is Excellent , Ms Kym and other staffs are so well trained , Ms kym and her co teams performances are excellent beyond compared. No matter how small or big crowd in restaurant , Ms Kym shows her composure, professionalism, skills and communication to the highest level . May this trip a bit frustrated related to the rainy conditions , still , the services given By Ms Kym and quick notice of my husband cake for his 70th birthday is really appreciated and I can’t thank you enough for such gesture ! I would love and recommend Clayton hotel to all my friends and family as this is one of the best hotel in cork city Center . The likes of Ms Kym and her co-workers must be valued and kept to the job well done with flying colours !!! "This is a stunning hotel with great amenities. I loved the gym and spa. The shower in my room was probably one of the best showers I've ever used. It was a easy to walk to the city; my only pain point was that there was an event downstairs on one of the nights, so it was extremely noisy. "

"Undergoing a major remodel so it is not for the handicapped . Stairs just to get the elevator. Remodel should be done by June. Otherwise excellent. Lovely staff, convenient to main shopping area and the train Station"
