"Problem..They gave us a room handicap. And the ac in the room was not as cold. Have stayed many of time .. Everything was excellent. But this time we had that problem. We stayed in the room because we didn't want the hassle of changing rooms."

"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer."
