"I did not receive any info from the host after booking. I had to reach out to them hours before our arrival to make sure we were set. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4pm; we arrived at the front desk at 3:50pm to fill out the forms and scan my ID. I was told our condo was not ready and they would call me when it was available---no call. We went in again at 4:45pm and were told they forgot to call us. "We would definitely stay in Bldg 7, unit 102 ABC again! Only problem was that none of the ice makers in the unit worked. Otherwise. The units were as described. I was less than satisfied with the property office. Not accepting US Dollars is unacceptable as it is America's legal tender!! Even the restaurant didnt accept it. That alone would be the thing that would make me never come back again!"

"Property was nice, however our check in did not good so well. We had booked a 3 Bedroom months ago and we get there to check in and didn’t have us in 3 adjoining rooms, was told to get our parking pass and was not told we’re to get them . Drove around the property to find were we we’re supposed to get the pass and found a security guard and asked him and he had no idea . Went back to check in and asked we’re to get the parking pass and we we’re told to go down to the hall we’re we checked in....

"The manager of property knew that I needed a handicap assessible unit for my husband's wheelchair. When I was looking at the options that fit all of my filters in the request, her property came up, but was not handicap assessible. Had multiple emails with manager stating that my husband was in a wheel chair, and never was told it wasn't.an accessible room. My husband's wheelchair couldn't even fit into the bathroom. The picnic and bbq area was so steep I almost fell just looking at the bbq pit....

When we arrived however, what we had was two separate rooms, non-adjoined which wasn’t an option for us because we couldn’t leave small children alone in their own condo. So instead of three beds behind one door, I got one condo with a king bed and sleep sofa, and a separate room entirely with an additional bed. "
