"The property is in a great location and everything they offer is close by and walkable. The pizza in the fun spot is not very good. The pizza in the water park area is much better. The do advertise soundproof rooms. The hat was not my experience but it was quite enough for the type of building it was. Was glad we choice this place for our getaway weekend. "

"I did not receive any info from the host after booking. I had to reach out to them hours before our arrival to make sure we were set. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4pm; we arrived at the front desk at 3:50pm to fill out the forms and scan my ID. I was told our condo was not ready and they would call me when it was available---no call. We went in again at 4:45pm and were told they forgot to call us. The "condo" is actually an old motel they "renovated" into a "resort." Those are all...

"We have stayed here quite a few times. We come back to this place because it is always clean and well kept. Handy location as well."

"We loved using this property for our family reunion! The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but we enjoyed getting to know them, and we loved having the cozy cabins as our own space. Clean, friendly, lots of fun, and close to Ava city stores if needed. Will probably stay here again!"

"Property was nice, however our check in did not good so well. We had booked a 3 Bedroom months ago and we get there to check in and didn’t have us in 3 adjoining rooms, was told to get our parking pass and was not told we’re to get them . Drove around the property to find were we we’re supposed to get the pass and found a security guard and asked him and he had no idea . Went back to check in and asked we’re to get the parking pass and we we’re told to go down to the hall we’re we checked in....
