Air-conditioned villa with private pool and Jacuzzi, in CAMARGUE

Located in a very quiet area, 160m2 villa with all comfort and not overlooked.

Ideally located, only 10 minutes from the City Center of Nîmes, our villa is close to all the tourist sites of Provence and 30 minutes from the beaches.


Concerning the exteriors, the house is installed on 600 M2 of garden where you will have:
  - a Jaccuzi provided for 5 people with 2 reclining places and 3 seats .
- a contemporary flat-bottom swimming pool of 7.5M by 4M, with an American beach allowing you to bask in the water .
- a dining area that can accommodate up to 10 people with barbecue and plancha, but also 2 relaxation areas to read or sip a cocktail in the greatest calm.

At your disposal a gym with weight bench, punching bag with gloves and desktop publishing, electronic dartboard, 5 bikes from 29 to 26 inches and a pétanque field opposite the house .....

Inside the house you will enjoy:
   - a large living room with TV, Wifi, Blue ray, Amplifier for the sound system, and in the kitchen all the necessary utensils as well as the tea towels .
- a 1st bedroom of 25 M2 with 160 bed
   - a 2nd bedroom of 18 M2 with 140 bed .
- a 3rd of 14 M2 with 140 bed .
- upstairs, a parental suite of 35 M2 with 160 cm bed, shower room and WC, as well as a sleeping area with closed door which accommodates a 9 th sleeping area with its 90 cm bed.

All linens and towels will be provided.

The beaches of Grau du Roi, Grande motte, and Saintes Marie de la mer are only 30 minutes away !!
. in July you can enjoy the Thursdays in Nîmes which are very lively but also several concerts which take place in the superb Arena ...

Many walks will await you to visit the Camargue with the Vacarés pond only 30 minutes away, the fortified town of Aigues Mortes, the Pont du Gard, the Cévennes ...

Wonderful holiday home just south of Nîmes
The house is exactly as described in the listing. The city of Nîmes and the antiquities (e.g., Pont de Gard) in the surrounding region are very close by. There are wonderful beaches and the Camargue region are less than an hour’s drive away. Sophie and Hervé were wonderful hosts - very helpful and responsive.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle villa proche de tous les lieux touristiques (Nîmes à 10 min, le Pont du Gard à 30 min, Aigues-Morte à 40 min). Tout le confort y est et la décoration des lieux est superbe. La literie est très bonne. La maison dispose de nombreux espaces de sorte que chacun peut se reposer même à 9 personnes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande piscine, le jacuzzi et l'espace barbecue. Le quartier est très calme mais proche de toutes les commodités. Enfin mention spéciale aux propriétaires, très accueillants, disponibles et de très bons conseils sur les bonnes adresses de la région. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous étions deux couples d'amis avec chacun un enfant. La maison est bien située : dans un lotissement au calme, tout près de plusieurs sites touristiques. Elle est suffisamment spacieuse (extérieur + intérieur) pour que chacun y trouve sa place. La décoration et les équipements contribuent à nous faire passer des vacances de rêve : literie confortable, climatisation dans 3 chambres , jacuzzi et piscine au bord des palmiers ... Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux ainsi que les conseils avisés de Sophie, Hervé et leur fille Sacha. Bref, nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir !

Parfait pour un séjour en famille
Nous avons tout d'abord été bien accueilli, la maison est spacieuse et joliment aménagée. L'air conditionné dans les chambres est très appréciable. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Le jacuzzi, la piscine et les différents endroits pour se poser à l'extérieur nous ont permis de nous détendre au calme. Il y a une excellente boulangerie près de la pharmacie. De par sa situation Garons permet de visiter beaucoup de sites touristiques. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans la maison de Sophie et Hervé. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis chez nous . Tout a été parfait . Un accueil très chaleureux , une splendide piscine et que dire du jaccuzi ... La maison est très belle et il n'y manque rien . On voit que tout a été pensé pour le bonheur des locataires . Nous n'avons qu'une envie , c'est d'y retourner très vite.

Vacances dorées, dans un cadre invitant à la farniente et à la sérénité.
Vacances passées dans un cadre paisible, accueillant, chaleureux, confortable et fonctionnel. Point géographique culturellement intéressant. Mer et joie de la plage à 30 minutes. Accueil personnalisé, par des propriétaires à l'écoute et forts sympathiques. Ce qui permet de prendre possession de la maison dans de bonnes conditions. Pas de mauvaises surprises, mais plutôt agréables. Un séjour qui s'est écoulé trop vite tant nous y avons trouvé la sérénité. L'endroit se prête tout aussi bien aux adultes qu'aux enfants. Chacun y trouve son compte.. A l'unanimité, séjour irréprochable, à conseiller : convivialité et sérieux.

Fidèle aux photos et aux avis. Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour.
Très jolie villa, très bien aménagée. Nous nous y sentons très vite comme chez nous. Hervé et Sophie sont très accueillants et serviables. Si on devait retourner dans le sud, on y reviendrait sans aucune hésitation.

Maison familiale pour un séjour agréable
La maison a un charme fou et une très bonne capacité d'accueil. Elle est bien équipée et dispose de belles prestations en général (piscine et jaccuzi au top). Nous avons été très bien reçu par nos hôtes qui ont été de très bon conseils pour visiter la région. Nous conseillons vivement cette maison pour un séjour entre amis ou avec des enfants.

Das Anwesen ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen in Top Zustand, vor allem der Pool und der Whirlpool ragen hier nochmals heraus. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und auch echt auf Zack. Ca 3 Minunten entfernt liegt der nächste Lidl, zum nächsten Strand beträgt die Entfernung ca 45 Minuten. Wir waren 7 junge Leute und hatten keine Probleme mit den Nachbarn, die Unterkunft ist also auch für junge Leute geeignet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und zum Grillen steht aussen ein Steingrill. Kurz zusammengefasst: absolut empfehlenswert

Villa superbe
Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour dans la maison de Herve et Sophie. C'est une belle maison bien équipé: grande cuisine et living. Quatre belles chambres à couchés, décorées avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est génial et nous avons fort apprécié le fait qu'il n'y a pas de chlore dans l'eau. Sans oublier le jacuzzi. Sophie et Herve sont très très gentils et répondaient immédiatement à tous nos questions. Toujours là pour nous. Peut-être un point faible: le wifi qui n'est pas très stable dans living et cuisine.
