"The property was as advertised and very well presented. It’s located in a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk from the town and beaches. It was great having the enclosed garden so we could let the dog out and know she wasn’t going anywhere. A new house is being built nearby but the work didn’t start until gone 9am in the morning so was not an issue. The landlord even left a birthday card for my wife which was a kind gesture, and allowed us extra time to exit the property after a night of birthday...

"As always the property was immaculate, welcoming and comfortable. Perfectly positioned across the road from the dunes and beach. "My family and I have stayed in this beautiful comfy house in the summer months and twice at Christmas. It is just perfect and suits all our family needs such as the open plan kitchen/ tv area or separate front living room with tv. It is also well heated during those cold spells. "Came with my husband, parents, and sister and her husband, small dog and 2 children. The property gave us ample space to enjoy time together and relax apart. It was clean and inviting when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had good pressure. We enjoyed some beautiful walks from the property, with views over Barmouth. This was a great base for our family trip to North Wales. 😊"
