The spacious living room with its modern and comfortable furnishings offers plenty of space for the whole family. A large flat screen TV is available for a cozy evening in front of the TV. The open kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher gives the living area a very special flair. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. You can easily reach the south-facing terrace via the living room and enjoy your coffee in a relaxed manner.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with double beds. From the bedroom you can access the spacious south-southwest balcony, which offers an excellent view of the surrounding Wetterstein Mountains. The upper floor has a spacious bathroom with double sink, shower, bath and toilet. In the basement there is another bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable sofa (flat screen TV) and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
