An ideal holiday address even without a car, as everything is within easy walking distance. In the immediate vicinity you will find everything for your daily needs, a bakery and a supermarket are just a two-minute walk away. A public telephone box is located directly in front of the house. The bus stop for the free local bus and the railway station are approx. 10 minutes' walk away. You can reach the most beautiful walking trails around Garmisch-Partenkirchen in just a few minutes. Friends of cross-country skiing are also in good hands with us. The entrance to the cross-country ski trail is around 5 minutes away. The completely newly renovated flat with its size of approx. 55 square metres offers enough space for up to 4 adults and 2 children.
