"Fantastic house and really well equipped, the house is cool inside with extremely comfortable beds and great sunset views. The pool is great and private. Patricia's response rate to questions is quick and any and all queries resolved. The only negative was the building works taking place next door/overlooking the driveway, a new house is being built and the noise from the machinery, cutting of metal, hammering etc was a little annoying. The noise is intermittent but did tend to start at 8am many...

"A full kitchen, 1 bedroom, private bathroom, outdoor space to relax in and safely lock bicycles, friendly chickens and dog. I loved sitting outside listening to the chickens as they wandered about. Blanchon, the owner, was super helpful. I would stay again if in the area. D"

"The villa is beautiful and has clearly been very lovingly restored by Marion and Jean-Phillippe. The beds were incredibly comfortable and both kitchens were well-stocked. They’ve given a lot of thought about everything you could possibly need and even gave us a bottle of rose on arrival. This was the first summer renting it out so there were a very few unfinished areas but I’m sure that will be this winter’s project! "We booked the mansion in Fiac for a two week family summer holiday with a guests age range of 2 to 67. It is a beautifully secluded house and incredibly private. Lavaur is only 10 minutes drive away with a local Saturday market, local shops and 2 large supermarkets (Super U is better than Intermarche). "This suited us perfectly. It is a large property with plenty of room for six adults. The main attraction for us was the pool as the weather was very good all week so we spent a lot of time by the pool. The house was very well equipped with a sizeable outdoor table for eating at and a barbecue which we used frequently. "We had an excellent stay at the property with three families (6 adults, 5 children) with room to spare. We were in town for the Rugby World Cup and the property provided an excellent base from which to explore Toulouse (20-25m by car, also easily accessible via Uber or taxi). "Firstly, the pictures barely do the home justice, the back patio is beautiful, quiet and spacious and the entire home is clean and well-decorated. But what really made this a great stay are the hosts, they went above and beyond in making our stay great. (also for those considering a work from home vacation, the wifi was also great!)."
