Nestled on our 5-acre homestead, you will enjoy a peaceful country setting with towering trees, wildlife, and a beautiful view of the night sky. Just a short drive to Downtown Rogers and Beaver Lake. This 2020 Forest River Vibe is clean and spacious with a large rear kitchen and breakfast bar looking out at beautiful country views. The living room has 2 recliners, sofa bed and 50in TV with Roku and Wifi. We supply everything that you need including cooking/eating utensils, coffee maker, towels, extra blankets, and a collection of family games. There is an outdoor kitchen area with a fridge, cooktop, sink, grill, cowboy firepit, with table and chairs. Make a reservation today for your next getaway.

This VRBO does not exist. The host never responded with code. VRBO also could not reach host. We drove there the house is deserted and the trailer is gone! VRBO put us up in a hotel the first night. Promised us they would book the rest of our stay. After 4 phone calls they said oh no. You are on your own. Not the relaxing experience we were so looking forward too. A total bust

Short trip
In town for an event with the family and dog. Decided to make it fun by “camping” but more like glamping with the RV setup for everything we needed. Very accommodating host and easy process! Wish the weather would have let us use the fire pit for marshmallows, none the less we had a great time and the kids enjoyed it! Thank you!

Amazing host and peaceful place to stay
I loved that this was out in the country and a bit secluded. We saw deer running across the yard. The host was very friendly and her communication was great. The power went out during the stay for about an hour and a half, but she made sure that I was comfortable. She messaged me that the outage had been reported as soon as the power went out. I would most definitely stay again!!

We loved it! Being two women, we were a little wary about pulling up to see the camper at someone’s house, but the owners were so nice and helpful! Shanna left detailed notes on everything we needed, and had all the controls labeled to make it easier on us, which was amazing!

Glamping Success
My friends and I had a great weekend away staying at the Layman Love Homestead. It was nearby the lake and still driving distance to Bentonville, Rogers, and Bella Vista. It was clean and cozy enough even in the heat of Arkansas summer, and our hosts communicated with us easily. Would recommend again for another weekend getaway.

Love this place so much! The rv stayed surprisingly cool in the heavy heat of July. My daughters LOVED seeing and hanging out with the chickens on the property. The place was well stocked with coloring books and children’s books which I thought was so thoughtful of the owners! My kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Check in process was easy, host communicated awesomely. Would definitely recommend.

Great Get away
We rent RVs quite often and would absolutely say this was the most stocked RV we have ever stayed in...everything making it feel comfortable and that much more special to stay in. Besides your clothes- leave everything home and know you’ll be covered with all the necessities. The land owners were so kind and let us feed their chickens (buy some fresh eggs while you can), and love on their bunny. Easy check in and out. Great location on the outskirts of town- everything you need from restaurants to downtown life is only 10 mins away. We would recommend this RV to all. If wanting full privacy- you should know that you are nestled near the residence home and across from neighbors- but again they do a wonderful job leaving you to yourself (unless you need help with anything). We even had a great evening by the camp fire! We will be back!

Hosts were super nice!! Let kids feed the chickens & bunny, explore trails etc. We had everything we needed. 5 min drive to the lake & luckily if you fish the property w/ camper has an on-site bait shop. We’d stay again..

Enjoyed my stay, good ambiance. I would like it to be more secluded without any roads nearby, but overall a good property. The hot water in the camper did run out after 5 mins but no biggie!
