"We only stayed one night but could easily have stayed for longer. From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and looked after us attentively. The room had a view of the lake and was comfortable and clean. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast was excellent with a good selection, fabulous ingredients, and presentation. Topped off by a stunning location, well worth a stop. It was our wedding anniversary whilst we were there and all the staff were so kind to us. Thank you. "

"The staff was so very kind from the moment we checked in til the very end. They were helpful in giving suggestions, directions and just overall kindness. The restaurant was delicious as well (the sticky toffee pudding is a must try!) The bar downstairs is great as well. I would suggest getting the breakfast included in your stay as it is convenient since there aren’t many cafes/restaurants open that early around. "I should have checked first if there were lifts, unfortunately none, we were on second floor we both have poor mobility it was a struggle but a member of staff did help with suitcase. We also assumed we could get dinner but wrong again, they only do breakfast which was not great. At least there are many restaurants nearby. We found a lovely Italian one. The room was very good, but crumbs on floor at my bedside, not amused. We wouldn't go back."
