"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in central location. We feel safe as only guests with code can enter the building. The rooftop is wonderful. We have 8 people. For Paris, the apartment is decent size and nicely decorated . Pascal always responded promptly. We had to buy additional soap, shampoo, and toilet papers but it’s no big deal. The dryer took very long to dry (3-4 hrs for a small load) so we did not use much because of that. Other than that, it’s a great experience. Thank you."

"We stayed for a week in late spring with 8 people. A few had to sleep on couches but they were comfy. Having A/C throughout and laundry was very nice and not too common. Overall we had a great stay with the location being central, within steps from the metro and with tons of eating and shopping. Friday night partying was off the hook in this neighborhood, but once inside you would barely know it was happening. Felix and Virginia are great hosts too. Can't ask for much more."

"The location of the property is perfect, a few metres from Place de la Concorde. We had a studio on the ground floor which was spacious and perfect for a few days in Paris. It is close to the Metro (and the rumbling of trains can be heard but you quickly get used to it). and a short walk to the Louvre. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely book it again. "

The apartment met our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well-stocked with any dishes or utensils we could possible have needed, the whole apartment was pristinely clean, bedding and towels were great, the apartment was absolutely adorable (love the decorating choices), and the location could not have been better for us. "Location was good because walking distance to lots of good places in Montmartre. Apartment itself was comfortable except the upstairs bathroom sink where washing machine is had a terrible smell. There was very large political spray painted messages next to the apartment building which wasn’t welcoming, but we’re removed after two days."
