"This is our second time staying here. We appreciate the comfort and cleanliness of the place, and friendliness of the staff. It's a great location for visiting Yellowstone or just walking around Gardiner and has everything we need for a relaxing family getaway."

"I were not impressed with the two nights we stayed at this hotel/ river suits. The check in room is under some stairs. You walk right into an office. Staff was nothing more than they needed to be: Not a warm welcome. We felt that the pictures the property advertised with with does not match the reality of what you get. - Rooms were not clean. Dust and spots - Beds were small. Sofa bed was terrible and unusable to sleep in. - bathroom were small and not very inviting. The list goes on."

"I thought the room heating was unacceptable. It was very, very loud and we had to turn it off at night. It was also very hard to adjust and sometimes it would come on and blow cold air even though it was cold in the room."

"Great place to stay. Clean, fresh air from the mountain if you are on the top floor like we did, quiet and easy to go up and down with the elevator. Will come back again for sure"
