"The room was spacious- had a large kitchen area and a dining area as well as the usual stuff. It was warm and the bed was comfortable. I had trouble getting into the building and for the entire stay I didn't see another person in the building, though I did hear people moving around all hours. The place was older, and therefore the floors and stairs creaked- I felt subconscious every time I had to walk to the fridge or go up/down the stairs. "As you can see we enjoyed the location and plenty of walks for our dogs. Was a quiet area as well. The cooking utensils need lots king at as a bit worn. As well the toilet does not flush good . We had a hard time after driving for 8 hours getting intomthe property because the owner did not give us the code until we managed to contact someone . I did find that very stressful. "

"It was a very settling environment, and the sleeping quarters were comfortable, and i woke up with a good night's rest. It was good entertainment on the TV, everything was available in the kitchen, and i was able to make some good dinner. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall good place to stay. Kids loved the horses. Could do with a blind or curtain on the high window in the lounge room as morning sun is too bright for anyone using sofa bed. Sofa bed not very comfortable."
