"This was perfect for my 1 night trip. It was very clean, location to Disneyland was great, shopping/restaurants nearby, and free grab and go breakfast was very nice. The bunk beds are twin size and metal. I got assigned a top bunk, I'm over 50 and I wasn't too sure I could manage. I did but I would of preferred a bottom bunk. Since it was only 1 night, it was ok but I know next time to ask for a bottom bunk."

"Hot tub was perfect for cool nights. Great beach was an easy, 6 minute walk away. Lots of shopping and places to eat/drink even closer. "

"The property was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of comfortable seating, a lot of rental properties do not have good seating for relaxing at the end of the day. Our visit included a day trip to Santa Catalina and the property is only 20 minutes from the ferry terminal in Long Beach. Plenty of great restaurants close by as well."

"I liked that it was comfortable, local to things i went to , it was clean and felt like a home away from home. They left a bottle of wine, and snacks, they had everything we needed. It was a good experience. We stayed 4 nights. I have no complaints. Very nice place."

"The property owner - Michael - was incredibly responsive and helpful during the entire stay. The property was great and accommodated me and my family wonderfully."

"We arrived just prior to midnight at the property. It was difficult to locate. The grass was knee high and garbage on the front porch. We had no where else to go. The patio was dirty and unkempt. The instructions were to not wear shoes, keep the temperature at 75 degrees, not to flush toilet paper. We stayed. Mistake. "I usually start with positives so here it is… The local brewery down the street was the best part of this place! Awesome food, beer and service. Upon checking in to the Inn, we were asked to wait outside while the person on the desk checked in someone on the phone? Super strange? "This room looks to be renovated fairly recently. Room is small but sufficient, bathroom is large with a double shower! The neighborhood seems a bit sketchy. Overall a good deal for the price!"

"The layout of this place was so perfect The owner utilized the 800 sq feet very well. In addition, this tiny home was superbly decorated, with some very high end materials. This tiny home was perfect for myself and my girls for our celebratory trip. The owner was very kind and attentive to our needs. Thank you very much!! This will be a trip we will always look back on with very fond memories!!"

"We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in August 2024…it was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured online. It was a 10 min drive to Disneyland and close to many shops and restaurants. Prior to our visit I had sent a few messages to the hosts with various questions and they were always quick to reply. We will definitely be booking again on our next trip back to the LA area…highly recommend! "

Most places have a booklet or paper stating where to find things such a pool or near by attractions there was absolutely nothing at this place. The place was stinky and completely dirty.
