"Everything was easy and seamless. Great area around hotel. The only thing I did not like is the building was not really soundproofed. You could hear everyone in a room nearby. Luckily all the noise stopped around 12:30 am"

Wasn't a very nice area but it is close to downtown. Just wished I would've stayed at a different hotel. The Iris next door is a sister-property, can't imagine it's much better.

Go to River Street Sweets Shop and take the elevator on the right (outside) side of the Hyatt Hotel where the Iris Shuttle drops and picks you up. Take the DOT free bus throughout the Historic District, Savannah
