"Our host was great communicating everything we needed for an effortless stay. We brought two vehicles and had plenty of space to park. The beach was very close and with the golf cart getting around was very easy. And the kitchen is ready to be test daily as we did. I found everything needed to cook every menu item we thought about. This host is A++ and we can see us coming back again"

"The house was nicely equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with. The bedrooms where very nice and clean. 5 bathrooms was awesome! Esp for big groups. Nice pool and lounge area out back and a nice deck for fishing on the marsh! I highly recommend this house! Until next time! Ryan and the crew!"

"Loved the location you can tell its new! Beautiful house with lots of great kitchen appliances. Having the pool was great to swim at night and the privacy fence was also a great touch. Having access to the garage was great for the bikes but would also be great for nice cars or anything you needed to store in there. Only suggestions I would say would put a full-length mirror somewhere in the house even a cheap one behind a door. Also, the couch was amazing but with the thin comforters some throws...

"The place is large and located in a great spot - close to the beach, pool, gym, splash pad and racquet courts. Communication was very good with the owner. We put in the address in our GPS but were not able to access until we found the administration building and security building. They require a 30.00 downpayment for an access card to the complex of which only 10.00 is returned! The house could have been a bit cleaner especially the bathrooms. The kitchen is a little tired too."
