Guests are provided special access to Ideal Beach, which is a private beach located two miles from the property.

*Please note that the garage is not accessible. There is, however, plenty of property parking to accommodate your stay. 6-7 vehicles max. Street parking is prohibited. No RVs are allowed per the HOA. No outdoor camping or campfires on the property per HOA. Guests can bring a boat or rent boats from Ideal Beach. If you bring your own boat, you can only launch from the Bear Lake State Marina or other public marinas. You cannot launch it from Ideal Beach.

We loved every minute in this home. Tons of space and very clean. There was 15 of us. Carpet is brand new and everything you needed for cooking was available. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Loved the access to Ideal Beach. So much to do there. Home is beautiful and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Eating area was great for gathering together. We lingered over meals and chatted. Amazing views of the lake and valley area.

This was such a nice home and the property manager was SO nice and easy to deal with! There isn’t a yard which is a bummer, but such great accommodations and Ideal Beach access is fantastic! Very quiet and would stay again!!

We gathered as an extended family at this home and had a wonderful stay. This home is new and had plenty of space for all of us to gather as a group or spread out when needed. The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of dishes, cookware, and appliances. There was plenty to do at Ideal beach even though we didn’t swim in the lake much due to the cold temperatures. We also appreciated all of the extra blankets. We liked everything about the home. The only suggestion we would give is that our elderly family members would have appreciated some grab bars in the bathtubs. The tubs were too deep for some to take a shower without grab bars.

We stayed in this property for a week during the summer time and felt that it was a wonderful property. It's far enough off the road that it's quiet and it had all the amenities that we needed. The property manager was very accessible and accommodating. We would definitely rent here again.

Home was great. Enjoyed our stay. Could use a few more kitchen amenities,. Parking with a boat and other vehicles was a little tricky, but overall stay was great.
