Bear Lake
The place was great - the AC not so great ... it got really hot during the day. It was not very clean and alot of the utensils were half broken or broke. Beautiful location that overlooks the lake.

Useless air conditioning
The house was nice and comfortable for our family reunion group except for one major deficiency - the air conditioning was useless, kept freezing up and conking out when needed, two days of our stay were very uncomfortable (hot inside). A notice inside when we arrived tried to say how to baby the AC, which shows that the owner knows it is deficient, but we were not warned ahead of time, and the “tweaks” did not work. Would not rent this place again unless informed beforehand that the old inadequate AC has been replaced.

Wonderful home with amazing views of Bear Lake and marina. Nestled high on the ridge, this home has a view of the lake that is amazing. Our family had plenty of room in the large bedrooms and living areas. Extras made the weekend. From the hot tub to the foosball table we had so many things to keep our younger kids occupied. Full stocked kitchen made meal prep so easy! Dining area seating for all. Oversize deck has picnic tables to enjoy meals on the deck over looking to lake. Would highly recommend if you are coming to Garden City. We will be back for sure

Nice cabin, unbelievable view!
This "cabin" was great. It is not huge mammoth but a workable and nice place. There were plenty of beds and the main family area is open and workable. The view is unbelievable! It is clean and well kept. There was not anything that I thought should be better. The only problem we had was during check-in. (This was not the cabin's issue but VRBO's.) I never received an email with the code to get in. Luckily I had the number of the maintenance person, because I had asked a question of him the week prior. He was very helpful. He called to get me the code and it went on from there.

A fully stocked Cabin great for families!
What a great stay! This cabin had EVERYTHING we could need. We had a large group of family staying for Thanksgiving weekend and we could not be happier. There was enough bedding for everyone. The place was clean, well equipped and they had thought of everything. Would definitely stay here again!!! A++

Great Place for a Dozen
We stayed in the fall and everything went well. The hot tub was nice. We found a good walk along the foothills that was accessible without driving. Very clean.
