We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The home is beautiful and clean. Had beautiful views. We had a large group, and it accommodated us all so well. The kids loved all the bunk bed layouts. Definitely want to come back here again.

Spring Break
We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is beautiful and well-stocked, with activities for the kids and plenty of beds and bathrooms. There was a problem with the hot tub and the host took care of it quickly and with minimal disruption. We'd definitely stay here again!

Ideal family reunion spot
This house has a great location and the most amazing view of the lake and valley. The lay out is perfect for a large group (we had 36 people) Plenty of room to eat together, play games , puzzles, movie watching and visiting. Lots of room outside for corn hole and spike ball. We would definitely go back.

Wonderful weekend getaway!
We had a large family group together in this property. It was a very nice experience. The lodge is spacious and comfortable. We had a minor issue which the host was very understanding about. Incredible views and a very nice community. The kitchen is so nice for a large group to cook and serve in. Very nice!

Spacious Home
This was a beautiful home and very spacious. We liked having most of the bedrooms with bathrooms in the room. Also there were bunk beds in most of the bedrooms for children to sleep if they needed to be by their parents. I We liked the large dinning room that accommodated all of us.

Great accomodations, thoughtful and attentive hosts.
Fantastic place for a group to stay. We loved having multiple rooms with bathrooms attached and bunk beds. Perfect for young families. This was a family reunion with multiple families and it was great. Attention to detail is fantastic with small things like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels and kitchen items. Not every VRBO has these and it is so nice when it does. A small thing that goes a long way . The hosts were attentive and quick to respond. We would love to come here again in the future.

Amazing Home!
This home was perfect for our group! The kids took over downstairs and all was calm and peaceful upstairs! It was a perfect distance from skiing and snow mobiling. I would plan to cook food in in the winter time. All the places (restaurants and shopping) seemed to be closed in the winter. But very decent grocery store nearby. We loved the house. Snow ball fights outside, adults vs kids hide-n-seek inside, plenty to keep the kids entertained. Really just amazing!

Amazing weekend!
We loved our time here. The house had amazing views of the lake & there was plenty of space for our extended family of 25. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances & the 2 fridges were awesome! Travis was quick to respond with the few questions we had & they even had a cute gift waiting for us on our arrival. The dining area was spacious & there was plenty of room for everyone to sit. The fun activities/games helped keep everyone entertained & the bikes were a big hit. We have a reunion every year & our family already wants to come back!

Family Getaway Vacation
This vacation rental met all our expectations and more! The home is so beautiful with such a breath taking view, both, sunrise and sunset. My family traveled from the Philippines, Guam, Virginia, Ohio, Nevada and California. The home accommodated everyone so comfortably. The kids enjoyed the kids playroom, well equipped. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the teenagers enjoyed the game room. The kitchen was amazing with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and a 6 burner stove. The laundry room had 2 big washers and dryers, which made laundry so convenient. We plan to return with other family and friends in the near future. Thank you Travis for all your assistance in the check in and check out process. I greatly appreciate your quick response whenever we had a question.

Great Family Home
Our family loved the home. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the kitchen for eating all together. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms- just needed more towels and toilet paper. Having washer and dryers really helped. The play room and kid room with a swing were popular. Some toys are well used. We loved playing outside in the evening and having s’mores in the evening. The games in the garage were fun and the bikes, too. Ping pong needed more paddles and balls, but had family bring some up. When we needed paper towels they delivered a case the next morning. When you arrive they leave a nice welcome gift which the family enjoyed. Thanks for making a family friendly home. S

Amazing View
When you first walk into this house the view is the main event. After you get over the view you realize you are in one of the most beautiful homes in the neighborhood!. What makes this place so special is the ability to accommodate a large group of people but not feel crowded. There are places to be together or apart. The large outdoor grass area was perfect for setting up lawn games and the outdoor fire pit was perfect for evening smores. The owners were very helpful with questions and concerns and always responded immediately. Our group was 14 adults and 19 kids ranging in age from 7 - 21 years old. Another plus was the location to everything from the Pickelville Playhouse to lake beaches and of course downtown for Raspberry shakes. Another plus is the new Mikes Market that makes getting those items you might have forgot to finish a great meal. The kitchen was well stocked and having two refrigerators and dishwashers was amazing. Don't hesitate to book this home. You won't be dissappointed.

Wonderful Family Home
We had 31 people for a family reunion and were very comfortable in this home. We LOVED the kitchen, dining area with the big tables, being connected to the spacious living room made it very easy to go back and forth and visit all in the same area. There was lots of room for games on the tables and eating. Everything we brought to cook with was already there in the kitchen and spacious butler pantry. Having a private bath with all but one bedroom was a bonus! We were pleased that the movie/bunk room also had its own bath and a door to close for privacy. With the hot tub and games in the garage, there was plenty to keep everyone having fun! Thank you!

Amazing stay in Garden City!
We loved our stay at Lookout Lodge/Cherimoya Hill in Garden City. The home is beautiful! It is so spacious and accommodated our family of 20 very well. The kids loved the bunk rooms and the adults enjoyed having their own private bedroom and bath. We really loved the dining area where we could all eat together. The kitchen is well-stocked with two fridges, ovens, dishwashers and small appliances. There were so many extras we weren't expecting. We can't wait to return sometime to stay in this outstanding home!

Reunion
We found the property to be excellent with most of all the amenities that we wanted. During our stay, one of the refrigerators started to malfunction, but it still kept things cool enough. It will need some help.

The best house in Bear Lake!
What a great time we had at this beautiful house! The views of Bear Lake were breathtaking! The bedrooms were perfect and we had plenty of bathrooms. There were about 34 of us from one family. The kitchen was fabulous! 2 fridges and 2 stoves and 2 washers and dryers. The house is built so we could all prepare our food then eat together! We loved the big open dining room and tables and chairs. We had enough room to play lots of fun games! We had the greatest time. We have rented lots of other houses in Garden City, but this one is THE BEST! Thank you Travis for giving us the opportunity to use your home. Everything was great. The boys loved playing foosball and pool, and when we weren't on the water, the kids loved playing soccer and riding the bikes from the house. Just perfect in every way. We will be staying there again for sure!
