This Brand new Bear Lake House is everyone’s favorite place to relax. It features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large enough to accommodate up to 19 guests. It has a full chefs kitchen. Two Beautiful living areas with large 65-inch flat screen TV's. This home has large windows that let in endless sunlight and never ending views of the lake. It has a huge covered deck to relax and watch the sunrise.

Enjoy access to Ideal Beach and its amazing amenities including a private beach, swimming pools, hot tubs, playground, pickle ball & tennis courts, horseshoe pits, which can all be used free of charge during your stay.

INDOOR LIVING: 5 Smart TVs, dining table, breakfast bar, ceiling fans.

KITCHEN: Refrigerator, ice maker, coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Crockpot, blender, dishware & flatware, cooking basics.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, keyless entry, central A/C, towels/linens, trash bags/paper towels, complimentary toiletries.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Private huge covered deck, lake views, outdoor dining table, gas grill.

THE LOCATION --From boating and riding ATVs to playing a round of golf, this lake house puts you in an ideal location to truly grasp all that Garden City has to offer.
In the summer, there's boating, hiking, or our family favorite- find your favorite Raspberry Shake. You can ride an ATV from the cabin to the mountains with trails that span for miles! If golf is your game, be sure to bring your clubs. The Bear Lake Golf Course is located in our neighborhood, offering 9 amazing holes with stunning lake views. Swimming at Ideal Beach. Pickleville Playhouse Theater is at the edge of the neighborhood. Minnetonka Cave is roughly 1 hour away. Bloomington Rope Swing is 1 and 1/2 hours away.
During the winter, Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is roughly 20 minutes away. Snowmobiling and sledding.

We had a great time. There were plenty of beds and the kitchen was very well stocked. We took advantage of the access to Ideal Beach to play pickleball and enjoy the lake.

We loved our stay. The access to Ideal Beach was what made this an incredible stay for our family. The kids loved the jet ski rentals at the beach. They loved the pool. When they got cold in the lake they would go to the hot tub to warm up. They house was big enough for everyone in my family to have a comfortable bed. Thank you!
