"We had a great time! The house was plenty big enough for all our adult children and grandchildren. There was so much to do both inside and out. The view from the big windows was absolutely spectacular! The sunrise over the mountains each morning was so picturesque. The host for this property is very responsive and doesn't hesitate to help if you need something. We stayed at one of their other properties and had the same great experience with them.I think the only con was that this home is way up on a hill (It needs to be to get that spectacular view!), and we needed a 4-wheel drive truck to get up there. We didn't realize this when we booked it so we ended up parking cars at the bottom of the hill and taking several trips in our truck getting all of us up there and back down. The roads are fine when there is no snow. It's just a bit unpredictable to know whether there is going to be snow when you book. Oh, and definitely follow the host's directions to get up there!! One person in our group was following the GPS and ended up off-roading in the snow. Ha ha!"

"This adorable home was not only super clean, it was styled so adorably for the holidays! The owners were very communicative and helpful. For big groups, make sure you bring extra toilet paper and paper towels, otherwise the home was well stocked - they even had the nice bath and body works soaps! . There was plenty of towels for showers and the hot tub (which was AMAZING in the wintertime)! . We would definitely come again, it was a wonderful place!"

"My entire family spent our Christmas at this property and it was unforgettable! There was plenty of room for all the individual families and the grandkids LOVED the tree room of bunk beds. The christmas decorations were wonderful and the view of Bear Lake is gorgeous. The host was very quick to respond and kind enough to let us check in early. There is so much fun to have at this property with a pool table, theater room, ping pong table, and hot tub. It was lovely to have snow on Christmas, but if it was warm outside we wouldve loved the pickleball court! We had a fantastic time:)"
