Dimora Molini Sette - in the heart of nature

In the hinterland of Lake Garda, just a few steps from the lakeshore, there is a true paradise for walking or biking: La Valle dei Molini - the valley of the mills!
The large and independent flat Dimora dei Molini is surrounded by hills, small ancient hamlets, mill wheels, forests, and fields, to let your heart and mind wander and relax completely!

The flat offers a lovely, sunny terrace under an old olive tree, a large living and dining room with sofa, dining table, TV, and access to the fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer, small table, kettle, and german coffee machine.
There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe and a second bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. Space for 6 people and the possibility of adding a travel bed.
Bathroom with window, bidet, shower box, and bathtub. Small anteroom with washing machine.
Parking space is available either in front of the house or a little bit below. Pets are not allowed.

Check-in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-out at 10 a.m.

Mandatory taxes not included (in cash on arrival):
- Tourist tax for the municipality of Garda, € 2.00 per person per night (from 14 years).
- Late check-in: after 7 p.m. will be charged € 30,00 / after 10 p.m. € 50,00.

Traumhaft gelegen
Die kleine Wohnung liegt malerisch in den Bergen über Garda. Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet dass nichts vermisst wird. Wir hatten eine Ganze Woche bestes Wetter bei 33-35 Grad. Über Nacht lüften, morgens um 7 Die Fenster und Läden zu, dann bleibt es bis abends angenehm im Haus. Hoffe wir können die Wohnung nochmal buchen, war echt suuperschön!

Fern ab vom Treiben, aber trotzdem zentral!
Das Häuschen steht fern an von dem Massentourismus und genak deshalb ist es perfekt! Es ist sauber und ruhig. Ja, es sind Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die mal bellen. Es gibt auch Katzen, Esel, Hühner und Ziegen, für mich ein Traum. Wer Tiere nicht mag ist dort eher falsch, ganz einfach. Das Häuschen ist zwar älter, aber nicht ungepflegt. In der Küche könnten ein paar Kleinigkeiten ergänzt werden, aber am Ende liegt es wohl an den Mietern, die einfach mal eine Schere mitnehmen. Ich kann es empfehlen!

Unser Dominizil lag etwa 10 Autominuten vom See. Direkt am See ist viel Tourismus. Aber wenn wir genug hatten vom Trubel war es für uns sehr erholsam in unserer Unterkunft. Sie liegt ein bisschen höher und man hat einen schönen Blick von der Terrasse aufs Grüne. Die wenigen Nachbarn sind ausschließlich Einheimische und ausgesprochen reizend.Die Unterkunft ist alt, aber sauber. Eine ruhige Insel, fernab vom Tourismus und trotzdem nur einige Minuten vom See entfernt. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Ruhige Lage, Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig
Die Kommunikation mit Rosella sowie Check-in haben problemlos geklappt. Der Weg zur Wohnung führt über eine steile unbefestigte Straße die nach Regenfällen viele Schlaglöcher hat. Die Lage ist bis auf nächtliches Hundegebell und Hahngekrähe sehr ruhig. Es gibt keinen Seeblick wie in einer vorherigen Rezension geschrieben sondern man schaut ins Grüne. Bis zur Hauptstrasse sind es wenige Meter und von dort kann man mit einem kostenlosen Busshuttle in den Ort fahren. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten den Eindruck dass lange nicht mehr geputzt wurde. Spinnenweben und Weberknechte befanden sich in allen Zimmern . Besonders schlimm war es im Kinderzimmer. Dort mussten wir erstmal viele Weberknechte nach draußen befördern. Die Betten im Kinderzimmer haben keinen Rost, die Matratzen liegen auf einer Sperrholzplatte und knarren bei jeder Bewegung und sind sehr hart. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet doch leider auch nicht sauber. Ameisen gab es in der Küche auch zu genüge. Gut wären auch Fliegengitter damit man vor den Stechmücken geschützt wäre.

Schönes Haus im Grünen
Das Haus ist sehr schön, super gelegen im Grünen und sehr ruhig. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 Minuten in Garda. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein und bei unserer Ankunft war es etwas schwierig die Vermieterin zu erreichen. Ansonsten alles super.

Sehr schönes Haus mit fantastischem Blick
Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich von den sehr netten Vermietern empfangen, die uns dann auch alles gezeigt haben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und hat auch von der Ausstattung her alles, was man braucht. Vom Balkon und auch von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Da das Grundstück sehr groß und eingezäunt ist, ist es auch für Hunde perfekt geeignet. In der Nähe gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants und auch ein Supermarkt ist nicht weit. Zur Agentur hatten wir sehr guten und netten Kontakt. Auf Emails wurde immer prompt geantwortet, und sie machen wenn es geht viel möglich. Wir konnten z.B. das Haus bereits früher beziehen. Das Team von Rosella ist wirklich spitze. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.
